When will my eBook be sent to me?

Your e-book will be sent to the e-mail you used to checkout within 5 minutes of ordering! The download files will be linked within the e-mail at the bottom. In the unlikely instance that you do not receive your e-book within 5 minutes of your order, please e-mail support@thesumolibrary.com and we will make sure you receive it ASAP.

I didn't receive an email confirmation, what's going on?

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email from us it can only mean that you either mistyped your email (for example “gnail” instead of “gmail”, “gmail.con” instead of “gmail.com”) or used a secondary email and forgot about it. You can contact us with the correct full name you used in your order and we will gladly update your email address and re-send you your order confirmation/e-book download file(s) via email.

Is my information safe and secure?

Yes. Sumo Library will NEVER share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well, the first party is you, and the second party is us. A third party is anyone other than us and you.

Can I share my digital products with anyone?

All of our products are meant to be viewed by the person who purchases them only. Any redistribution, rebranding, repackaging and reselling products purchased from us goes directly against our terms and conditions.

How does your membership club work?

The Sumo Library Membership Club is designed for people who want to improve their life and grow their education on various topics every month. We handpick only the most powerful and effective e-books designed to immediately improve your life.

The membership costs Ksh 2,000 per month and can be canceled any time.

How do I cancel my membership club?

You may cancel your Sumo Library Membership at any time by calling one of our customer service representatives at +254 (0) 780 473 800 or emailing support@thesumolibrary.com.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales made on our website are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed purchases. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if a payment was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, we will refund any amounts not rightfully due. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
